We perform an evaluation of a home’s condition, usually during the buying or selling process. Our main focus is to assess the structural integrity and safety of the property, including the foundation, roof, walls, windows, and doors. We look for visible signs of damage, wear, or any potential issues that could require immediate or future attention.

In addition to examining the structure, we also inspect the home’s major systems such as electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling.  We use specialized tools to identify problems like leaks, outdated wiring, or failing HVAC components, helping our clients understand how well the home functions.

Beyond the standard inspection, we also offer optional services to give our clients a more complete picture. These may include mold testing, termite inspections, and thermal imaging to uncover hidden issues like moisture intrusion or poor insulation. By offering these services, we help homeowners and buyers make confident, more informed decisions. Please contact us for details or questions about the specific property in question.
